Conversation Agent: Designing Business through Interactions
This days I'm finding old references ( mainly books written long time ago ) that explained ( 10 or more years ago ) what we see is happening today! Maybe the time has come and we will see a lot of changes and innovation because all this movement started ten years ago. What do you think?
And of course, business is discovering design and interactions in a way that interactions configure the business, not business manage interactions!
